Izgleda da imaju zesci problem - saobracajna guzva kao elementarna nepogoda; pretpostavljaju osvezenje tek za 4 nedelje.

Zamislite taj post-(pre?)-apokalipticni scenario u kojem se pomera sve za nekih 500m denevno; lokalni seljaci deru za hranu, nema cucavaca a ni sporednih puteva da se prekrati muka. Krenu kriminalci u nocne pljacke, policija & inspekcije.... spediteri kasne sa isporukama, and the shit rolls downwards.

Nije to ni tako cudno, iako ulazu planine od novca u infrastrukturu; broj automobila samo u Pekingu se ucetvorostrucio za 8 ili 9  godina.

pre par godina sam bio u pekingu i u nekoliko navrata u jutarnjem spicu naletim na zastoj na autoputu - jedno dvadesetak ljudi sa metlama u ruci blokiralo dve trake i ciste...

Definitivno visak ljudi koje nekkao moras da uposlis.
