Pricao mi Jonathan danas, kako su mu baba i deda imali stan, ti Mirabella ces sigurno znati, a mozda i ti Hate (mada sumnjam) u Beresford zgradi na 15. spratu s prozorima prema Centralnom parku.
Johnny je tamo ziveo 2 godine full time, a i kad nije tamo ziveo, cesto je tamo boravio. Iznad njih je stanovao John McEnroe.
I vecina ljudi bi samo tu informaciju voluntirala, ali ne i Johnny  :mrgreen:

Inace, kaze, u istoj zgradi zivi i Seinfeld. Kad su mu umrli baba i deda 1998 prodali su stan za $5M (11 spavacih soba, 5 kupitala itd). Stan je kupio jedan top executive iz GoldmanSachs.
Pricao mi je da je co-op (nesto kao nas kucni savet, ako sam dobro razumeo   ;)  )  trazio da vide imetak od najmanje $50M pre nego sto su uopste hteli da pokazu stan potencijalnim kupcima. I jos je rekao da odredjeni ljudi tipa Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber itd ne bi imali sanse da ga kupe nezavisno od kolicine para koju bi ponudili.

I onda je na kraju dodao nesto kao "Can you imagine how hard it is for me to be such a loser now?"

Yeah, there's good ole Johnnie.

And then there's people who dream of growing onions and green peas 5 miles from Chernobyl. Go figure.

Florida home with luxury amenities, ocean views built on wrong lot

Flagler County building officials, land surveyor, construction firm and utility companies miss the fact that $680,000, 5,000-square-foot Palm Coast house is built on the wrong parcel of land.

A Florida home builder has a million-dollar problem after constructing a luxury vacation mansion on the wrong lot.

Mark and Brenda Voss' three-story, five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home has ocean views and luxury amenities, from a theater and game room to a pool. Just one problem: The $680,000 construction was built on the lot next to the one owned by the Vosses.

"We are in total disbelief, just amazed this could happen," Mark Voss told The Daytona Beach News-Journal.

The 5,300-square-foot home is in the gated Ocean Hammock resort community in Palm Coast, Fla. and everyone, from the land surveyor, construction firm, utility companies and Flagler County building inspectors missed the crucial mistake.

Flagler County approved the home in a final inspection on March 28. Only last month did a surveyor at a nearby lot note that something was amiss, realtor Toby Tobin reported on GoToBy.com.

North Carolina couple Andrew Massaro and Brooke Triplett bought the lot where the Vosses home now stands for $350,000 in 2003. The Vosses own 23 Ocean Ridge Blvd. North, which they purchased for $160,000 in June 2012, the News-Journal reported.

Voss owns a property management and real estate company in Missouri, along with 18 other lots in the Florida gated community.

"The buck stops with the builder. We know that," builder Keystone Homes VP Robbie Richmond told the News-Journal. "We are in the process of trying to schedule a conference call and find a fair resolution without the lawyers. I have built about 600 homes in Flagler County and this has never happened to me before. It does happen, but it's rare."

The builder and county said East Coast Land Surveying in Ormond Beach put stakes down on the wrong property, 21 Ocean Ridge Blvd. North, and all other documents and the ensuing construction were based on the error.

"We rely on the surveyor," Flagler County chief building official Mark Boyce told the News-Journal. "They are state licensed professionals and we count on them to get it right."

Ku Klux Klan Rebrand Opens It's Doors To Black People, Jews And Gays

The Ku Klux Klan is diversifying. Really. Well, apparently.

Despite being better known for burning crosses on lawns, lynchings and horrific racism, the group is opening its doors to Jews, black people and gays.

The rebranded organisation called the Rocky Mountain Knights claims to now stand for "a strong America" rather than irrational hatred.
